SWSW

WALK LOCATION……………………………………DATE………..…...GUIDED BY……………………....

South West Surrey Walkers ‘SWSW’ is an informal group who get together for walks twice monthly. We ask regular walkers to organise and guide walks. We do not have professional walk leaders, and each person participating in the walk is responsible for their own safety. If you are happy to accept these conditions, add your name to the list below and you are welcome to walk with us.

New walkers are very welcome but we recommend that you read our guidelines before you join us for a walk: Surrey footpaths are in general well maintained; however at times conditions can be muddy or uneven underfoot, stiles can be rickety, and there can be surprisingly steep ascents and descents. Some walks may involve crossing fields with livestock. We strongly recommend suitable footwear, either walking boots or walking shoes, and if you are concerned about steep ascents/descents, consider walking poles. For more details about a particular walk, please contact the walk organiser. Walkers should be aware of the country code.

To help us understand the geographical spread of walkers we ask that you include the town that you live closest to, this will help us to organise walks in locations preferred by all members.
